Tyler Herro is closing in on returning to action for the Miami Heat.
The shooting guard has been sidelined since Game 1 of their first-round series against the Milwaukee Bucks on April 16, suffering a broken hand. However, there is optimism he will take the court at some stage during the NBA Finals.

He underwent surgery on April 21, with the Heat announcing he would miss a minimum of six weeks. Friday, June 2 marked exactly six weeks since his surgery.
Herro was the Heat's second-leading scorer in the regular season, averaging 20.1 points, 5.4 rebounds, and 4.2 assists per game. With the NBA Finals tied at 1-1, his return to the lineup would be a big boost for the Heat as they look to take control of the series on their home floor.
