The Spurs paid tribute to one of the best players in franchise history Sunday night against the Pelicans, and they did it in style.
When Tim Duncan had his No. 21 jersey retired after the game, the entire team wore socks featuring the number.

In addition to the socks, the Spurs covered all the seats with special Duncan-themed T-shirts.

Even though Duncan, a 15-time NBA All-Star and five-time NBA champion, just retired after last season, San Antonio felt it could never be too soon to honor their legend.
