Two pairs of shoes worn by Stephen Curry for a recent Warriors game were auctioned off for $45,000 Friday, with proceeds going to benefit victims of the Oakland Ghost Ship fire.
According to CSN Bay Area, the special "Ghostship" shoes Curry wore in the Warriors' Dec. 15 game against the Knicks sold for $30,101, while a pair of shoes he wore in pregame warmups auctioned for $15,100.

Those proceeds will go to the Oakland Fire Relief Fund, which is assisting those affected by the Dec. 2 warehouse fire that killed 36 people.
"We were all devastated by the news of this tragedy and the loss of so many young lives right here in our community," Curry told reporters at the Warriors-Knicks game. "My goal in wearing these shoes was to not only honor the victims that lost their lives that night, but also to raise awareness for the relief efforts that are underway.
"Hopefully through this auction we can help further assist with those efforts."
