NBA MVP Stephen Curry is taking a break from polishing the Larry O’Brien Trophy or hanging out with his outrageously photogenic family Sunday to be an honorary guest of the Carolina Panthers for their Sunday home game against the Houston Texans.

Curry, a Charlotte native and Panthers fan, will beat the team's oversized “Keep Pounding” drum before the 1 p.m. ET kickoff at Bank of America Stadium, according to Black and Blue Review.

And by the way, Riley Curry, arguably a bigger star than her father, reportedly will be in the house.

Go time @panthers. Lets Take care of our business. Know BofA Stadium is rocking right now. #KeepPounding
