Stephen Curry is the greatest shooter in NBA history, there is no denying that at this point.
While he isn't yet the NBA's all-time leader in 3-pointers made, that won't stand for long. As of Nov. 2, Curry (2,863 3PM) is only 110 made 3s behind Ray Allen (2,973) for the most in NBA history. Once he achieves that feat, there aren't many other 3-point shooting records for Curry to break, as he holds the title for most of them already.
Which 3-point records does Curry already own, you ask?
You can find a list of his jaw-dropping shooting achievements below.

Stephen Curry's 3-point shooting records
Most 3-pointers per game in NBA history – 3.7
Curry averages 3.7 3-pointers made per game, the most in NBA history. The next closest players are Buddy Hield and Damian Lillard, who each average 3.0 3s made per game for their careers.
Most 3-pointers in a single season in NBA history – 402
In 2015-16, the season Curry became the first unanimous MVP in league history, he made 402 3-pointers, the most all-time. In fact, he is the only player to ever hit over 400 3s in a season.
Curry also holds four of the five best 3-point shooting seasons in NBA history, with only James Harden (378 3s made in 2018-19) breaching a top-five spot from Steph.
Most games with 10-plus 3-pointers made in NBA history – 21
This is one of those seemingly unbreakable records. Curry has 21 games with 10 or more 3s made in his career, the most in NBA history by a landslide.
His teammate Klay Thompson ranks second in league history for games with 10 or more 3s made with five.
Most 3-pointers made in a calendar month in NBA history – 96
April of 2021 was a ridiculous month for Curry, who was unconscious from beyond the arc. He knocked down 96 3s in the single calendar month, the most in NBA history.

He had a span where he knocked down 10 or more 3s in four out of five games, which, as mentioned above, would place him second all-time in NBA history for that feat, except he did it over the course of a week and a half.
Most 3-pointers made in NBA Playoffs history – 470
Curry has buried 470 3-pointers in the playoffs, an NBA record. The next closest player is LeBron James, who has 432 made 3s in the playoffs, but he has also played 154 (!) more postseason games than Curry.
Most 3-pointers made in NBA Finals history – 121
As you probably expected, Curry also holds the NBA record for 3-pointers made in the NBA Finals. The next closest player is, again, LeBron James, who has made 101 3s in the Finals. James has played in 55 NBA Finals games, while Curry has played in 28.
Most games with 50-plus points and 10-plus 3s made – 7
Curry has scored 50-plus points in a game with 10 or more made 3s seven times, the most in NBA history. James Harden and Klay Thompson are the only other players to achieve this feat multiple times, each doing so twice.
Most seasons with 200 made 3-pointers in NBA history – 8
Curry has made at least 200 3-pointers in eight of his last nine seasons, the only outlier being 2019-20, where he played five games due to injury. Damian Lillard and Klay Thompson are on his tail, recording seven seasons with at least 200 made 3s.
Fewest games played to hit 2,000 3-pointers made – 597
This was another Ray Allen record that Curry shattered. Allen needed 822 games to reach 2,000 3-pointers made – Curry only needed 597 games (225 fewer).
Highest scoring average ever by a player who shot 50-40-90 in a season – 30.1
Of all of Curry's impressive shooting records, this one shows how prolific he truly is.
50-40-90 means you shot at least 50.0 percent from the field, 40.0 percent from 3 and 90.0 percent from the free throw line for an entire season, an absurd level of efficiency. The feat has only been achieved by nine players in NBA history: Larry Bird (2x), Mark Price, Reggie Miller, Steve Nash (4x), Dirk Nowitzki, Kevin Durant, Malcolm Brogdon, Kyrie Irving and Curry.
During his unanimous MVP season in 2015-16, Curry shot 50-40-90 while averaging 30.1 points per game, the highest scoring average ever by a member of the exclusive club. The next closest to that scoring average while achieving said efficiency was Bird in 1987-88, averaging 29.9 points per game.
