If you've spent any amount of time on Sports Twitter, you've likely come across accounts pretending to be other accounts. They change their Twitter names and profile pictures in attempts to deceive others and take advantage of Twitter's fast-paced nature.

One of the masters of this practice is SportsTalkBarry, who capitalized Tuesday night on the reported James Harden and Chris Paul drama. Barry made his account look like respected NBA reporter Adrian Wojnarowski and tweeted an obviously fake report about the Rockets duo.

Most who saw that tweet had a quick laugh, or maybe shook his or her head at how stupid it was. But very few people would read it and actually believe it. You can count Fox Sports analyst Skip Bayless as one of those people.

This isn't the first time someone has fallen for a fake tweet. ESPN fell victim to it during the NBA season, but at least that one was believable. Chris Paul making fun of James Harden's "man boobs" is such an absurd thing to read and be like, oh, wow, that really happened.

But Bayless did, and he proceeded to share that information on live television.

Incredible.

As far as we can tell, Bayless never went back on air to fess up to his mistake. Instead he'll just continue on making millions of dollars doing whatever it is he does on a daily basis.
