Rajon Rondo had a well-documented fallout with the Mavericks after being traded to Dallas during the 2014-15 season. During his short stint, Rondo got in multiple confrontations with coach Rick Carlisle, and eventually the team lied about the point guard having a back injury to avoid dealing with him.

ESPN Dallas detailed how it went down in 2015:
The Mavs and Rondo made a mutual decision to part ways the next day, sources told ESPNDallas.com, framing the reasoning as a back injury as a favor to try to help the four-time All-Star point guard save face. The truth was that the Mavs didn’t want Rondo, who was going to be replaced in the starting lineup regardless, pouting and rubbing off on other players, (Monta) Ellis in particular. Essentially, the Mavs made a drastic move in an attempt to do damage control on a chemistry crisis.
Rondo went to the Kings the following season before agreeing to a two-year, $28 million deal with the Bulls earlier this month. The signing drew criticism from many analysts, who cited the chemistry issues that were on full display in Dallas.
That's why Brian Cuban, brother of Mavericks owner Mark Cuban, tweeted, "Give Rondo about (three) months to melt down that locker room."

Cuban's not alone with his thought process, but it is interesting to see him comment on Rondo a year after his brother's team ditched the point guard.
