Rajon Rondo is reportedly facing gun and drug charges in Indiana after he was arrested over the weekend.
The former NBA guard was pulled over in Indiana's Jackson County on Sunday afternoon, according to WDRB. After the cop smelled marijuana from the car, a search was conducted where a gun and drug paraphernalia were found.
Rondo, 37, was taken to Jackson County jail where he has since posted bail.
A 16-year veteran in the NBA, the former point guard won two NBA titles during his career, one with the Celtics in 2008 and one with the Lakers in 2020. The four-time All-Star last appeared in the league in the 2021-22 season.

What did Rajon Rondo do?
On Sunday afternoon, Rondo was stopped for a traffic violation in Jackson County, Indiana. During the stop, the trooper who pulled him over smelled marijuana in Rondo's car, according to ISP spokesman Sgt. Stephen Wheeles.
That led to a search of the vehicle, which resulted in a gun, a "personal use" amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia being found. The charges are all misdemeanors.
Rondo was not supposed to have a firearm on him due to a no-contact order taken out against him in court, according to WDRB. In 2022, a Louisville woman asked for an emergency protective order against Rondo after she said he threatened her with a gun and that she feared for the safety of her children. She said Rondo had a history of "volatile, erratic [and] explosive behavior."
She was granted a protective order by a judge days after the incident, and Rondo was ordered to surrender all firearms as a result.
An attorney for Rondo could not immediately be reached for comment by WDRB, and it is not yet clear what date he is expected to be arraigned in court.
