Rockets forward P.J. Tucker was caught on video tossing his clothes on a member of the Rockets' bench staff, and received heavy criticism for it.

NBA PLAYOFFS: Full bracket for every series

A post on the subreddit /r/sports is titled, "If you’re having a bad day appreciate the fact that you’re not P.J. Tucker’s personal human hamper."

That post received more than 12,000 upvotes, with more than 1,000 comments condemning Tucker for his actions. And that post isn't alone. Several others on social media reacted to the video, calling Tucker all sorts of names.

But Tucker wants those commenters to know there's a different side to the story. He commented on the House of Highlights' Instagram account, which posted the initial video, to defend himself.

He ended up deleting his comment.

We don't have access to older footage to see if Tucker really does do this every game, but it seems fair to take him at his word. This would be such a disrespectful thing to do otherwise, so it makes complete sense he's just having fun with the equipment guys.
