Ryan Anderson and Anthony Davis got the better of Tim Duncan and LaMarcus Aldridge on Friday night.
Anderson scored a game-high 30 points and Davis added 20 points and 18 rebounds as the Pelicans beat the Spurs 104-90 for their second win of the season.

Anderson hit 12 of 21 field goal attempts, including 6 of 11 from 3-point range, to help the Pelicans (2-11) hand the Spurs (9-3) the loss in New Orleans.
Friday’s game marked Anderson’s second-straight 30-point performance. He’s averaging 17.6 points and 7.2 rebounds this season.
Aldridge was solid for the Spurs, scoring 20 points and grabbing 11 rebounds, while Kawhi Leonard collected 22 points. Duncan had an off night, finishing with six points and no rebounds.
"We just love playing the game," Davis said of the Pelicans. "We know that we're struggling right now, but games like this kind of get us going."
