There was a time when Paul George was thought to the one of best small forwards in the NBA, second only to LeBron James. 

Then the Fresno State product suffered a horrific injury while playing for Team USA, slowing his ascent to superstardom. He's back at full strength and putting all his talents on display. The Hornets got to see what he's capable of first hand Friday night when he drained a 3-pointer over two defenders at the buzzer before halftime.

The Hornets led 53-50 at the break. They won 96-95. George missed a potential game-winning shot at the buzzer in the fourth quarter.
