It took a while, but it looks like Jeff Teague is finally adjusting to his new surroundings.
The All-Star point guard had his best game yet as an Indiana Pacer Sunday in a 115-111 overtime win over the Oklahoma City Thunder.
Teague led the way for the Pacers with 30 points on 9-for-16 shooting from the field, offsetting another triple-double performance by OKC's Russell Westbrook, who went for 31 points, 15 rebounds and 11 assists.
"We wanted to attack. We wanted him to be aggressive tonight," Pacers coach Nate McMillian told reporters after the game. "I thought Jeff really played a solid floor game, not only scoring but setting up his teammates. Defending Westbrook, that's a tough task."

Westbrook took 34 shots to get those 31 points, and managed just 13-of-34 shooting from the field. Teague, meanwhile, added nine assists, five rebounds and six steals.
Teague spent the first few weeks of the season adjusting to his new team after having spent his entire career with the Atlanta Hawks. But he's starting to look like the guard the Pacers thought they were getting when they landed him in the offseason, scoring at least 20 points in five of his last seven games.
Stud of the night
Jimmy Butler put on a show in Los Angeles, scoring 40 points on 14-for-24 shooting as the Chicago Bulls upended the Lakers, 118-110.
Dud of the night
DeMar DeRozan had an unusually off night for the Toronto Raptors. He scored just 12 points on 3-for-15 shooting from the field. And then this happened ...
Highlight of the night
The Raptors thought they were headed to overtime against the Sacramento Kings after Terrance Ross hit a 3-pointer at the buzzer, but officials didn't see it that way, and they ended up with a 102-99 loss as the Kings swept the season series.

Looking ahead
Toronto Raptors (8-5) at Los Angeles Clippers (12-2), 10:30 p.m. ET — The Raptors will look to rebound from their loss against a tough Clippers team that will have had an extra day of rest. This comes a week after they had the Cavaliers and the Warriors on back-to-back nights.
