The No. 4 will soon be raised to the rafters in Philadelphia, while simultaneously staying on the court.
The 76ers will retire the late Dolph Schayes' number later this month, but Nerlens Noel will continue to wear it as well, the team announced on Monday.

Schayes was a 12-time All-Star with the Syracuse Nationals and the Sixers, whom he coached for four seasons — one as a player-coach and three as a bench coach. Selected one of the NBA’s 50 greatest players of all time in 1996, Schayes died last month.

Noel, in his third season with Philadelphia, said he’s honored to wear Schayes' old number.
"I take the responsibility of wearing the Sixers uniform very seriously and will continue representing the organization — and now the legacy of Mr. Schayes — to the best of my ability,” Noel said, via the team’s website.
Schayes, the father of former NBA player Danny Schayes, will be the ninth player to have his jersey retired by the 76ers.
