NBA trade rumors: Carmelo Anthony willing to waive no-trade clause to go to Celtics image

Carmelo Anthony could be seeing green. 

The Knicks star forward seems to destined to land with another team by the NBA's Feb. 23 trade deadline. The nine-time all-star might be headed to Boston. Despite the Celtics management's insistence they're not interested, the Knicks are still trying to pull a deal off that would ship Anthony off to Beantown. 

The Boston Globe's Gary Washburn reported Antony has listed Boston as one of the team's he'd waive his no-trade clause to join. 

Anthony signed a five-year, $124-million extension with the Knicks in 2014. He's set to make nearly $25 million this season and $55 million the following two seasons with a player option for the 2018-19 campaign.

Anthony, who's averaging 23.1 points and 6.2 rebounds, has also been linked to deals with the Cavaliers and Clippers.
