The NBA Playoffs are about the best teams in the NBA going at it, but that doesn't always result in close games.

Over the years, we've seen several blowouts in the postseason, with the record margin of victory set by the Denver Nuggets in 2008-09. Few teams have gotten near that figure in recent history.

With that in mind, here are the most lopsided games ever played in the NBA Playoffs.

In Game 4 of the first round of the 2009 Western Conference Playoffs, the Denver Nuggets defeated the New Orleans Hornets by a huge margin of 58 points. That tied the record for the most lopsided playoff game in NBA history, matching the Minneapolis Lakers' 58-point win over the St. Louis Hawks (133-75) in 1956.

The Hornets finished with just 63 points on 31.5 percent (17-of-54) from the field, 13.3 percent (2-of-15) from the 3-point line and 84.4 percent (27-of-32) percent at the free throw line.

There have only been five instances that a playoff game has been decided by 50 or more points in NBA Playoffs history. The most recent came in 2015 when the Chicago Bulls beat the Milwaukee Bucks by 54 points in the first round.
