The Celtics aren't satisfied with picking 14th in the NBA Draft.
Boston is looking into trading up to No. 4, according to ESPN.
The team has its eye on Vanderbilt guard Darius Garland with that pick.
Darius Garland will conduct a last-minute workout in Tarrytown with the New York Knicks tomorrow, a source told ESPN. Garland is in serious consideration for the No. 3 pick. Minnesota, Boston, Chicago are teams looking at potentially trading up to No. 4 with Garland in mind.

Boston has the No. 14, 22 and 51 picks in this year's draft. It could package a couple of those to get up to No. 4 to take Garland. However, the Knicks are reportedly working out Garland on Wednesday and considering taking him at No. 3.
So, if the guard isn't there, it is probably unlikely Boston would still trade up to No. 4 to take Duke forward RJ Barrett as the Celtics already have a couple of players similar to him on their roster.
The Celtics, though, are not the only team interested in trading up to No. 4.
The Timberwolves and Bulls are two teams looking to move up to get the picks the Pelicans just received from the Lakers in the Anthony Davis trade. The Hawks have also shown interest in packaging the eighth and 10th picks to move up to No. 4. They reportedly are looking at Jarrett Culver with that selection.
Source: The Atlanta Hawks have been aggressive exploring trades packaging the No. 8 and 10 picks to move up in the draft. Their offer to the Knicks for the No. 3 pick was apparently rebuffed. The Pelicans are considering the possibility of trading the No. 4 pick for 8+10.

As for the Timberwolves' and Bulls' interest, both of those teams are in need of point guard help and Garland would certainly give them that. Minnesota has the 11th and 43rd picks in the draft, while Chicago has No. 7 and No. 38 picks.
