A new class of prospects took the next step in their basketball careers on Wednesday night at the 2024 NBA Draft.
With the No. 1 overall pick, the Hawks selected French forward Zaccharie Risacher, who most recently played for JL Bourg in France's LNB Elite league. The 19-year-old became the second consecutive international player to sit at the top of the draft board after the Spurs acquired Victor Wembanyama last year.
