What is the NBA All-Star Draft format?
James (West) and Antetokounmpo (East) will serve as captains after they received the most fan votes in each conference.
Since he was the leading vote-getter overall, James will pick first in the 2023 NBA All-Star Draft, but the order in which the captains pick will change this year.
James and Antetokounmpo will then take turns drafting from the pool of reserves first before moving on to the starters.
James and Antetokounmpo don't have to select players in their own conference.
