We know the captains. We know the starters. We know the reserves (and the snubs).

Now, it's time for the 2019 NBA All-Star Draft.

Ahead of All-Star weekend (Feb. 15-17 in Charlotte, N.C.), the NBA will hold its second All-Star Draft after last year's battle between LeBron James' team and Stephen Curry's squad. James is a captain once again, but he will be facing Giannis Antetokounmpo this time around in what should be another entertaining contest.

What is the format of the 2019 NBA All-Star Draft?

Each team will each have 13 players. James and Antetokounmpo can draft their rosters regardless of conference affiliation.

Team LeBron has the No. 1 overall pick for the starter pool, and Team Giannis selects first for the reserve pool. Team LeBron and Team Giannis will alternate picks each round.

NBA commissioner Adam Silver made Dirk Nowitzki and Dwyane Wade special additions for a bonus draft round. Team LeBron will get the first choice in that round as well.
