NBA All-Star weekend will officially tip off Feb. 16 with the Celebrity Game and the Rising Stars game. There will be plenty of star power in the Celebrity Game, but the Rising Stars game will have its own headliners with young talents like Ben Simmons, Joel Embiid, Jayson Tatum and (maybe) Lonzo Ball on the court.

NBA All-Star weekend: Celebrity Game

When, where & how to watch

The Celebrity Game will be the first event of NBA All-Star weekend and will begin Friday, Feb. 16, at 7 p.m. ET. The game will be played at the Verizon Up Arena at Los Angeles Convention Center, just down the road from the STAPLES Center in downtown LA. You can watch the game live on ESPN or stream live via the WatchESPN app.

NBA All-Star weekend: Rising Stars game

When, where & how to watch

The NBA Rising Stars game will tip off at 9 p.m. following the Celebrity Game. The Rising Stars will play at the Staples Center, where the main events of All-Star weekend are being held. The Rising Stars game will be broadcast on TNT and live-streamed on Watch TNT.

Rising Stars rosters

As usual, the Rising Stars roster features 20 of the league’s best rookies and second-year players. As in the last three years, the game will pit 10 players from the U.S. against 10 international players. Under the current format, the World Team has gone 2-1 against the U.S. Team with all three games being decided by less than 10 points.
