For the second time in five games between the Thunder and Spurs, NBA officials missed crucial calls that may have altered the outcome.
In its two-minute report from Tuesday's Game 5, a 95-91 win for the Thunder, the league admitted it missed two calls that should have favored the Spurs.

The report stated Kawhi Leonard’s grab of Russell Westbrook in the final seconds should have resulted in an intentional foul. Instead, LaMarcus Aldridge was called for a shooting foul, resulting in a three-point play for the Thunder that gave them a four-point lead.
Officials also incorrectly called Spurs guard Danny Green for an offensive foul on Kevin Durant with 54.7 seconds remaining. The report said Thunder center Steve Adams extended his leg, causing Green to fall into Durant.
The Thunder lead the series 3-2 after their Game 5 win. They can wrap up the series and advance to the Western Conference finals with a win on Thursday.
