My apologies to the Cavs fans down in "The Land," but the new cover of "NBA 2K18" is going to hurt for a minute. Kyrie Irving was announced as the cover boy on June 1. That was before Irving asked the Cavaliers for a trade.
Early Thursday, the video game's official Twitter account tweeted out an updated look at this year's cover. It now shows Irving in his Celtics uniform.

Good news for loyal Cleveland fans: Irving in his Cavs uniform will still be released Sept. 15. The new Celtics version of the cover will be released at a later date.
