World Peace has only played in 29 games this season, averaging 13.4 minutes with 4.8 points and a .397 shooting percentage. His 2014 salary is $1.59 million.
In addition to World Peace, ESPN reports the Knicks are also looking to buyout Beno Udrih's contract.
