The Timberwolves have reached the Western Conference Finals for just the second time ever. The Mavericks took down favorite Oklahoma City in just six games. Who would've thought?

Minnesota took down the defending champion Denver in the biggest Game 7 comeback ever. Down by as much as 20 in the second half, the No. 3 Wolves outscored the Nuggets 60-32 to reach the semifinals for the first time since 2004. With a Finals appearance on the line, they won't be so Minnesota nice against No. 5 Dallas.

Anthony Edwards and Luka Doncic will be the highlight of the series as two of the best youngsters in the league. But both franchises got here with the help of the rest of the court. It'll be a battle to the end for the two hottest teams in the NBA.
