Despite dealing with a cold and sprained right knee, Luka Doncic led the Mavericks to a 123-93 victory in Game 5 against the Clippers, guaranteeing a return home with a 3-2 series lead.

Doncic has been ill for several days, but that didn't stop him from scoring 35 points and dishing out 10 assists. Dallas' bench also provided a boost, with Maxi Kleber, Dereck Lively II and Jaden Hardy combining for 41 points.

The Clippers were unable to find consistency on the offensive end of the floor, shooting 37.9 percent from the field and 25.7 percent on 3-pointers. James Harden and Paul George combined for just 22 points and committed seven of the team's 13 turnovers.

Now, the Mavericks have a chance to end the series at home. Doncic isn't listed on their injury report, so he is expected to play. Unfortunately for the Clippers, Kawhi Leonard will remain on the bench because of right knee inflammation.
