Luka Doncic was one assist away from a triple-double in the Mavericks' 101-90 Game 3 win against the Clippers, the series now at 2-1 Dallas.

The Mavericks' defense shone in the contest with the team racking up 12 steals and seven blocks. Doncic notched 22 points, 10 rebounds and nine assists while Kyrie Irving scored 21 of his own.

James Harden was the only starter to eclipse the 20-point mark for the Clippers, and Kawhi Leonard wasn't back to his usual self yet. He only scored nine points but pulled in nine rebounds, eight of which came on the defensive end.

Dallas has a chance to go up two games in the series at home in Game 4 before heading back to LA. The tandem of Doncic and Irving has been lethal in the Mavericks' two wins, and they will look to continue that trend tonight.
