Suns forward Markieff Morris didn’t appreciate being pulled from Wednesday night’s loss to the Nuggets. He now won't play the next two games, either.
Morris threw a tantrum and a towel at coach Jeff Hornacek, and the team will suspend him for two games as a result. There’s no video of the incident, but Hornacek talked about it after the loss.

“He’s mad about not playing,” Hornacek said via the Arizona Republic. “I look at the stat sheet. He’s a minus-13 in 12 minutes. So there, I took him out. … He thinks he’s better than that. Show me.”
Hornacek, by the way, reportedly picked up the towel and threw it back along with a few choice words for Morris.
