Born on Jan. 6, 1999, McClung is a 6-foot-2 guard out of Gate City, Virginia.

McClung started to make a name for himself in high school. Not only did he break Allen Iverson's single-season Virginia scoring record, but his dunks turned him into a YouTube sensation

McClung went on to play at Georgetown for two seasons and at Texas Tech for one season. He averaged 14.7 points, 2.8 rebounds and 2.2 assists per game in college.

McClung declared for the 2021 NBA Draft but went undrafted. While he signed a 10-day contract with the Bulls and a two-way contract with the Lakers in the 2021-22 season, he played primarily in the G League for the Windy City Bulls and South Bay Lakers.

Now a member of the Blue Coats, McClung is averaging 17.6 points and 4.4 assists through seven games in the 2022-23 regular season.
