LeBron James moved past NBA great Dominique Wilkins on Thursday for 12th place on the NBA's all-time scoring list.
A layup toward the end of the first quarter during the Cavaliers' 107-87 win over the Nets gave James the six points he needed to pass Wilkins. He finished the game with 24 points and 10 assists, and now has 26,686 points in his career.

"I've been very durable throughout my career and I've played with some great teammates and two great organizations through all my career that allowed me to put the ball in the basket," James said Thursday morning of passing Wilkins, via ESPN.com.
"They've set screens for me, they gave me passes in transition, they've set me up offensively, and I've been able to come through for my teammates, so this results in that being the case."
Interestingly enough, the Cavaliers will play the Hawks in Atlanta on Friday, where Wilkins is a TV analyst for his former team.
