The Cavaliers continue to undergo changes during the offseason, but cornerstones LeBron James and J.R. Smith are expected to stay, Cleveland.com reported.

Even though James said at the team's championship parade he would return to Cleveland, he has yet to sign his contract, which free agents were allowed to do on July 7.
James' contract will likely stay on hold until Smith, who made $5 million last season, re-signs.
Teams have reportedly reached out to James' agent Rich Paul, who has assured them James, who previously signed a two-year, $47 million deal with the Cavaliers in 2015, is returning to defend his title.
While deals with Smith and James are being hammered out, the Cavs are working on a deal Chris "Birdman" Andersen and have traded away Matthew Dellavedova.
