LeBron James and Kyrie Irving famously split up during the offseason when the point guard was traded to the Celtics. The end of the relationship gave us some great jokes, and some fans are still having fun with the publicized breakup.

During the Cavs' 113-105 loss to the Trail Blazers on Thursday night, one fan in Portland could be heard heckling James about Irving. The spectator asked, "Hey LeBron, where's Kyrie?"

James responded by saying, "At your mama's house."

DYNAMIC DUO DIVORCED: Inside look at LeBron, Kyrie's relationship

James is probably used to hearing heckles from fans, and he seems like the type of person to mostly let things go. So it's interesting that he chose to engage with this fan, especially in the way that he did.

And James even took some extra pride in his comeback as he liked the video on Instagram after the game.

Adding to the intrigue is the fact that Irving was also heckled with a similar phrase about James earlier in the season — except Irving responded in a much more negative tone, telling the fan to, well, watch the video for yourself.

Irving was fined $25,000 for his comments, and DeMarcus Cousins was fined the same amount earlier this season for comments he made to a fan. The league also fined Rodney Hood $35,000 for slapping a phone out of a fan's hand after being ejected from a game against the Wizards.

Will James have to pay up? We don't expect him to, but you never know with the NBA. The league may treat LeBron similar to Magic Johnson in order to set an example and send the message that commissioner Adam Silver doesn't want players and fans to engage in a negative way.
