Kyle Lowry hit a crucial shot at the end of regulation in Tuesday night's NBA playoff game between his Raptors and the Heat to force overtime, but the shot was pretty much all he hit in the Toronto loss.

Lowry continued his poor postseason shooting efforts by going 3 of 13 from the field, including 1 of 7 from 3-point range. He also failed to get to the free-throw line, finishing with a measly seven points in 43 minutes.

The Raptors barely escaped the Pacers in the first round of the NBA playoffs, and if they have any chance of beating the Heat they'll need their All-Star to start performing like, well, an All-Star. So far this postseason Lowry hasn't been that, shooting 30.6 percent from the field and averaging 8.2 points less per game than the regular season.

Asked if he'd ever experienced such a shooting slump, Lowry said after the game: "I have, but not at this time, so that's what's frustrating. In the playoffs, all eyes are on you. It sucks to be playing this bad with all eyes on me. I know I'm better than this, so I have to pick this s— up."

One way to pick that s— up is to practice, practice and practice some more. After the 102-96 overtime loss, Lowry was spotted on the court putting up shots.

"I’m going to hang out here for a little bit and just be in the gym, try to get back to just enjoying it, being in the gym, and having fun," Lowry said. "I shoot the ball well when I’m by myself, but I’m by myself. it’s weird."
