Giannis Antetokounmpo won the 2018-19 NBA MVP on Monday night at the NBA Awards and players past and present sent their congratulations; he even received praise from the Black Mamba himself.
Kobe Bryant took to Twitter to congratulate Antetokounmpo on winning the award, sharing a Tweet of his from August of 2017 referring to him as "MVP."

Antetokounmpo prompted Bryant to call him "MVP" after tweeting "Still waiting for my challenge.. @kobebryant."
It seems the 2007-08 MVP's developed a knack for ESP in his retirement.
