Lakers legend Kobe Bryant is likely to retire after this season, so he's getting in all of his zingers before he parts for good.
During Sunday's game between the Lakers and Knicks, the veteran forward had a jawing session with famed filmmaker, and Knicks fan, Spike Lee. If you've seen any Knicks home game, you'll likely see Lee sitting courtside.

"That's not a f—ing triangle, that's a square," Bryant said in a video that was recorded of him talking with Lee.
Bryant is referring to Phil Jackson's offensive system that he ran in Los Angeles as a coach, and has now implemented in New York as a team president. The 17-time All-Star could be unimpressed with the New York version, but it's likely just more of him talking trash with Lee.
Kobe chatted w/ Spike Lee during the game: "Just usual trash-talking stuff. Standard Spike-being-Spike and me-being-me."

Sunday's game could be Bryant's last time at Madison Square Garden as a player. The Lakers aren't scheduled to play in the arena and the only other time they'd meet would be in the NBA Finals, and that's unlikely. That would mean if Kobe retires after this season, which is likely, this is his final appearance.
He was cheered by the crowd throughout the game, and especially during his introduction. He felt appreciative when asked about it after the game.
"Just. ... I don't know," he said, via ESPN. "I wouldn't say nostalgic or anything like that. I just felt appreciative playing in such a historic building all these years."
Carmelo Anthony added, "You know, if this is his last hoorah, I'm going to miss him."
