The Heat are in the driver's seat in their Eastern Conference Finals series against the Celtics, but they may have lost a key piece of their rotation for the rest of Sunday night's Game 3.
During the first quarter of that contest, Miami forward Kevin Love went back to the locker room with an ankle injury. He soon returned to the bench, but his availability for the rest of Game 3 is unclear.

Kevin Love injury update
Love appeared to suffer the injury in the first quarter as he came down after attempting a midrange jumper.
He signaled to the bench to come out of the game and went straight back to the locker room.
Love returned to the Heat's bench, but his status for the rest of Game 3 is still to be determined.
He exited the game with five points and two rebounds in five minutes.
