Kevin Garnett may not be without a gig for long.

After announcing his retirement last week, Garnett already has two coaching offers with the latest being from Tyronn Lue and the Cavaliers.

"I talked to him about it. I know his wife is pushing for it a lot," Lue said of one of his closest friends (via the Akron Beacon Journal). "Brandi is pushing for it, trying to get him to come and coach. He says he’s not ready yet. He goes back, ‘I might do it,’ but he’s back and forth. We’ll see. But I’d definitely make a spot for him if he wanted to come back and coach."

Clippers coach Doc Rivers has also said Garnett, 40, has a spot with his organization should he want it. It appears Garnett is giving some thought to that offer, as he was seen working out with Clippers forward Blake Griffin on Thursday.

After 21 seasons in the NBA, Garnett retired in the top 20 in scoring, field goals made, steals and blocks, and he’s in the top 10 in rebounds. However, he averaged just 14.2 minutes and 3.2 points per game last season with the Timberwolves.
