The play of Kevin Durant and Russell Westbrook dominated social media on Wednesday night, and it also resulted in an impressive come-from-behind win by the Thunder over the Wizards in Washington.

The Wizards led by 12 at halftime, but it was all downhill from there for John Wall and Co. as Durant and Westbrook took over. The two combined for 66 points in helping OKC prevail 105-103 in overtime.

Durant, playing in his hometown, showed how unfair his game is by unleashing a monster dunk over Wizards big man Marcin Gortat early in overtime:

He also played the long game, draining a 3-pointer with 35 seconds remaining to put the Thunder up 103-101:

After Washington tied the game, Westbrook responded with this driving layup with less than a second left:

Despite the heartbreaking loss, there aren't many folks in D.C who wouldn't want Durant to come home when he can become a free agent.
