Reggie Miller wasn't the only one who thought Kevin Durant tore his Achilles in Game 5 of the Western Conference semifinals.
Durant thought he may have torn it himself.
"Once I came down from the shot, I pushed off to run back down court (and) I thought somebody tripped me up," Durant told reporters on Friday, via The Athletic. "And I looked back and I'm like, the first thing that came to my mind was like, Boogie said, Kobe said, Dominique Wilkins said, you know, it felt like somebody had kicked them or something tripped them or something.
"So that's the first thing that went through my mind, I was like, 'I've got to slow down and process it, what's going on' but once I started walking, I realized I can put some weight on it, it's not as bad as I thought."

What became clear after the game, which the Warriors went on to win, was Durant had strained his calf and it was not his Achilles he had hurt like his teammate DeMarcus Cousins did late in the season last year.
Since then though he has been fighting to get back and missed the end of the Rockets series as well as the Western Conference finals sweep of the Trail Blazers.
Durant still has a road back as he won't play the first game of the NBA Finals, but he at least knows he didn't suffer a serious Achilles injury which could have held him out for a good portion of next year.
The Warriors await the winner of the Eastern Conference finals which pits the Raptors vs. the Bucks.
Toronto currently has a 3-2 lead.
