Kenny Smith left Steph Curry upset Tuesday night with comments he made during "NBA On TNT" comparing his shooting range with Damian Lillard's.
Lillard has been remarkable this month, pushing the Trail Blazers into the NBA Playoffs during the league's seeding games. He ended the seeding games by scoring 154 points in his team's final three games, and did so with his outstanding 3-point range. He did the same thing Tuesday night in the Trail Blazers' surprising upset over the Lakers, finishing 6-of-13 from deep.
With Lillard being so hot, Smith got lost in the moment and said during Tuesday's broadcast of "NBA On TNT" that the Trail Blazers star had better range than Curry.

"Hey Steph," Smith started. "I don't think you can shoot as deep as [Lillard]. I got to see it when you come back."
Curry was either watching the show live or was told what Smith said about him. Because not too long after, Curry responded through Twitter.
love you @TheJetOnTNT ….. but you trippin right now

And Curry is right.
While there's no denying that Lillard has great range, Curry does too. There's no need to tear down one guy to hype up another. Lillard and Curry are both great 3-point shooters, and even better players overall.
Curry's tweet ended up making the broadcast, where Shaq supported the message.
Smith ended up conceding the argument in a response to Curry on Twitter.
Man it’s been a long time I forgot 😂 https://t.co/93vQYTd8iF
