Kawhi Leonard will be searching for two new contracts in 2019.
Jordan Brand has decided to let Leonard's current shoe deal with the company expire in October, according to ESPN's Nick DePaula. The new Raptors forward turned down a four-year, $22-million contract back in March, and talks had been stalled ever since.

Under his current contract, Leonard earns less than $500,000 per year. The former NBA Finals MVP was hoping his new contract would reflect his accomplishments as one of the NBA's best all-around players, according to ESPN's Michael C. Wright and Ramona Shelburne. For reference, LeBron James and Kevin Durant earn more than $20 million per year from Nike and James Harden earns over $15 million from Adidas.
Jordan Brand was also not planning on giving Leonard a signature shoe — something the company had done for Carmelo Anthony, Chris Paul, Dwyane Wade and Russell Westbrook.
Leonard has not spoken publicly about his expiring deal with Jordan Brand, or his impending free agency. In terms of footwear, he'll join sneaker free agents Joel Embiid, Andrew Wiggins, Gordon Hayward and DeMarcus Cousins in October.
