Joel Embiid's knee injury continues to be a problem.

Following a two-game absence with left knee soreness, Embiid returned on Tuesday for Philadelphia's matchup with Golden State. Not only did he finish with a season-low 14 points in 30 minutes of action, but he suffered a different injury to the same knee.

Embiid's knee issues have already sidelined him for five of the 14 games the 76ers have played since the new year.

Embiid's next opportunity to play is on Thursday when the 76ers travel to Utah to close a five-game road trip. Will he be available to play?

Here's the latest on Embiid's status against the Jazz.

Is Joel Embiid playing tonight?

Embiid won't play against the Jazz on Thursday due to a left knee injury.

It'll mark the third game Embiid has missed over Philadelphia's last four outings. He didn't look like himself in the one game he did appear in, scoring 14 points on 5-for-18 shooting while committing eight turnovers.

Embiid was a game-time decision against the Warriors. His final status was decided after warm-ups.

The 76ers have a 26-8 record with Embiid in the lineup this season. They're 3-9 in the games he has missed.
