The 76ers have raced out to a commanding 3-0 lead over the Nets, showcasing their offensive firepower and defensive solidity against a hapless Brooklyn squad.
No team has ever overcome a 3-0 deficit, so things are not looking too peachy for the Nets. Game 3 was perhaps their best chance at getting something from the series. Joel Embiid struggled, James Harden got ejected and Brooklyn even held a slim advantage entering into the fourth quarter.
That's when Tyrese Maxey went off, dropping bucket after bucket to push Philly out in front. Embiid came through in the end, as well, shaking off back and knee ailments to make the game-saving block in the game's final moments.
3-0 leads are seemingly insurmountable in hoop, making a late-series Nets rally look quite unlikely. Then again, stranger things have happened in sports. (2004 Red Sox ring a bell?)

Still, the odds look ever in the Sixers' favor. With that, here's what you need to know about Game 4 of the Philly-Brooklyn series.
Is Joel Embiid playing vs. Nets tonight?
Joel Embiid will miss Game 4 after spraining his right knee, ESPN's Ramona Shelburne reported. He suffered the injury defending a drive from Cam Thomas in the third quarter of Game 3.

The Process looked worse for the wear after getting hurt, recording just 14 points on 5-of-13 shooting. He appeared gimpy at times, limping around the court throughout the fourth quarter. He did, however, make a game-saving block in Game 3's final moments.
