James Harden has been traded — again.
In the early hours of Tuesday morning, ESPN's Adrian Wojnarowski broke the news that the 76ers had agreed to a trade with the Clippers centered around Harden, ending his time in Philadelphia after one-and-a-half seasons. The Clippers mark Harden's fourth team in four seasons.
The trade didn't come as a huge surprise. Not only was it well known that Harden wanted to be traded, but the Clippers were reported months ago as his preferred destination. It will be a homecoming for Harden, who was born in Los Angeles, and he'll have an opportunity to compete for a championship alongside Kawhi Leonard, Paul George and Russell Westbrook.
When will Harden make his debut? Here's everything we know about his availability for the Clippers vs Lakers on Wednesday.
TRADE GRADES: Did the 76ers get enough for James Harden?
Is James Harden playing tonight?
It's currently unknown when Harden will make his Clippers debut.
Harden has yet to play in the 2023-24 season. He planned to join the 76ers for their season-opening trip to Milwaukee, but the team decided it was best for him to remain in Philadelphia to continue his ramp-up after being away for 10 days for a personal matter.
Wojnarowski reported at the time that the plan was to get Harden playing games when the 76ers returned from their trip to Milwaukee and Toronto. However, he didn't play in Philadelphia's home opener against Portland.

The trade bringing Harden to Los Angeles isn't yet official as of Wednesday morning. Even if it does become official before the game, Harden isn't likely to play, per ESPN's Ohm Youngmisuk.
