The No. 5 overall pick in the 2022 NBA Draft, Jaden Ivey is expected to suit up for the Detroit Pistons at Las Vegas Summer League.

The livewire guard fell into the Pistons' lap on draft night and will join Detroit's young core of Cade Cunningham, Saddiq Bey, Killian Hayes and Isaiah Stewart in Vegas. 

In 36 games for Purdue last season, Ivey averaged 17.3 points, 4.9 rebounds, 3.1 assists on 46.0 percent from the field and 35.8 percent from the 3-point line.

When does Jaden Ivey play in NBA Summer League?

The Pistons will only participate in the Las Vegas Summer League, which begins on Thursday, July 7 and runs through Sunday, July 17.

Detroit gets its schedule underway on July 7 against the Portland Trail Blazers.

Who is on the Pistons' Summer League roster?

In addition to Ivey, the Pistons' Summer League roster features a number of notable young players, including 2021. No. 1 overall pick Cade Cunningham and third-year guard Saddiq Bey.

No. 13 pick Jalen Duren can't be part of the Summer League roster until the multi-team trade between the Hornets, Knicks and Pistons officially goes through, while 36th pick Gabriele Procida is awaiting the Jerami Grant trade to the Trail Blazers to be finalized.
