The Cavaliers are a mess right now.
Not only are they struggling on the court, but there have also been multiple reports about conflict going on between players off the court as well. LeBron James reportedly cursed at team executives in a meeting, the players are reportedly mad at Kevin Love for getting sick and there's even more stuff we don't have the time to get into.
Isaiah Thomas has been at the heart of a lot of these problems, and his birthday on Wednesday caused some, uh, issues for the Cavs' social media team. They wished him a happy birthday on Instagram, but knew they'd get hateful responses, so they disabled the comments section.

NBA TRADE RUMORS: What is Klay Thompson's future?
That's an easy fix for that social platform, but what about Twitter? The Cavs still decided to send the graphic on Twitter, but they couldn't control the hateful comments that would come flooding in.
Here's a taste of what people had to say to the Cavs' tweet:

We should celebrate his birthday by trading him imo

Trade him for his birthday present

I'll buy him a plane ticket

He’s probably faking it, I bet it’s not even his real birthday.

We see why the Cavs disabled the comments on IG.
