In a little more than a week, the Golden State Warriors went from trailing 3-1 in the Western Conference finals to being up 2-0 in the NBA Finals.

The Warriors beat the Cleveland Cavaliers 110-77 Sunday in Game 2 and are now just two wins away from winning consecutive NBA titles.

For the second game in a row, someone other than Stephen Curry or Klay Thompson led the Warriors in scoring. This time it was Draymond Green, who scored a game-high 28 points and hit five 3-point attempts, many of them uncontested by the Cavs.

“Coach (Steve Kerr) actually texted me last night and said, ‘This is going to be a great series for you. Take your rhythm shots when they are there and knock them down,'" Green told ABC after the game.

Curry finished with 18 points, sitting out much of the second half, and Thompson had 17 points.

LeBron James led the way for the Cavs with 19 points.

Stud of the night

Draymond Green looked like an All-Star on Sunday night.

Dud of the night

Kyrie Irving finished with 10 points, and many of those came when the game was already out of reach. He shot just 5-of-14 from the field. Kevin Love, another member of the Big Three, managed just five points in 20:46 before exiting in the third quarter with a concussion.

Tweet of the night

It was pretty much one of those kinda nights for the Cleveland Cavaliers.

Looking ahead

Golden State Warriors at Cleveland Cavaliers, Game 3, 9 p.m. ET Wednesday (GS leads 2-0) — The Cavs have been undefeated at home during the playoffs, and they’ll need to find some kind of momentum or they may not leave Cleveland as a team again. We are officially on Sweep Watch.
