Bucks star Giannis Antetokounmpo will miss the remainder of Game 4 after suffering a hyperextension of his left knee, the team announced Tuesday night.
Antetokounmpo went down in the third quarter of the Eastern Conference finals contest after attempting to block a Clint Capela dunk at the rim. He landed awkwardly on his left leg and appeared to be in considerable pain as he hit the floor.
Giannis appears to have injured his leg.

The two-time NBA MVP remained on the court for several minutes before eventually making his way back to the locker room. Antetokounmpo was able to put some weight on his left leg, but he had a noticeable limp.

He briefly returned to the bench before once again heading to the locker room. The Bucks then officially ruled him out for the rest of Game 4.
Antetokounmpo finished with 14 points, seven rebounds and three assists in 24 minutes. Coming into Tuesday's contest, he had averaged 29.2 points, 13.0 rebounds and 5.4 assists through 14 playoff games.
