Houston's wing depth has taken a big hit, as Gerald Green is expected to miss significant time with a foot injury.
The Rockets swingman has been sidelined with what's believed to be a broken foot this week and will undergo testing Monday, according to the Houston Chronicle.
The Athletic reports Green could miss a few months, but for now, he's out indefinitely.

Green, 33, is entering his third season with the Rockets and averaged 10.2 points per game in his first two years with the team.
He was expected to back up Eric Gordon at the small forward spot in 2019-20 to provide a spark off the bench with his perimeter shooting. Danuel House, Gary Clark, and Ben McLemore are likely candidates to fill in for Green while he recovers.
Houston assembled what's arguably the best backcourt in basketball after it paired Russell Westbrook with James Harden via trade this summer, but the loss of one of its more consistent bench scorers could affect the team's chemistry early on.
The Rockets will kick off the regular season Oct. 24 against the Bucks at the Toyota Center.
