Draymond Green is pleading with the NBA to waive his ban from Oracle Arena for Monday night's Game 5, Yahoo Sports' The Vertical reported, citing unidentified sources.
Green's Warriors lead the series against the Cavaliers, 3-1, and can clinch back-to-back titles.

Green was suspended for excessive flagrant fouls after a Game 4 incident in which he struck LeBron James in the groin.
The report said Green would face a "substantial" fine if he were to ignore league rules barring him from the arena. Green hopes to watch — and presumably celebrate — inside the building.
The Vertical added that Green and his reps are in talks with league officials and the players’ union seeking access.
