The NBA offseason really got jumping Wednesday when the Bulls traded 2010-11 NBA MVP Derrick Rose and Justin Holiday to the Knicks for big man Robin Lopez and guards Jerian Grant and Jose Calderon.

New York couldn't wait to gloat, posting a video of Rose schooling the Knicks on its social media accounts.
Most of the highlights are of Rose doing work against the players involved in the trade.
